Not able to copy file through ftp

hi all, 

i was trying to copy a file using ftp from my windows xp to solaris 10 residing on virtual machine,but i am getting the below error,i cannot copy the file to any directory but i can copy the same file to /tmp .

kindly provide an suitable solution
Anonymous FTP on solaris does not create upload (incoming) directory. 
Go and change it in /etc/ftpd/ftpaccess, then restart FTP service: 
pfexec svcadm restart ftp

sorry ,there are so many entries in that file ...which one to edit.

grep incoming /etc/ftpd/ftpaccess ? 
have you tried it? have you read my post carefully?

the line containing incoming is like this below 

upload class=anonusers * /incoming yes ftpadm ftpadm 0440 nodirs 

previously i have copies many files to solaris machine from windows,but from today morning it is giving the problem. 

what should i edit in the above line of /etc/ftpd/ftpaccess
