Solaris 10 Io Error while running ls command on a filesystem

I have an io Error while running ls command on a file system, later I umounted the mount point & tried to mount it back, but received the same IO error.

I have this Disk assigned on my X4150 server from the EMC Box.

How can I scan & fix the IO error on the disk? will the fsck command help & if yes then what is the command line I need to provide.
Look at the disk using the format utility, can you see it? Is it in a
funky state? Sounds like it may be corrupt or you have lost connection
to it.
After running the format command I get the following disk list

# format

Specify disk (enter its number):

of this the 3rd disk is a 350 Gb disk assigned from the EMC storage & this particular filesystem is from the same disk.
But the problem is that this same disk is being assigned for many other filesystems also.
Can some one pls help me on this.
one process was kept it for sure....
fuser /dir/file # to see which process
and ioestat -En # to see if physical error on HD Doccur
