Time zone on hpux11i

How i can change time zone on hpux11i .

f course logon ont o system by user "root".
Then go to /etc directory There should be file called as "TIMEZONE" if
not there you can easily create then you have to put strings as;
TZ=EET-2EETDST
export TZ
Then save the file...
EET-2EETDST is for my country (Turkey) so You have to find the settings
for your own country Check the /usr/lib/tztab for acceptable TIMEZONE values.
You should be able to type: set_parms timezone
don't forget to reboot and after reboot make sure the DATE, TIME and time zone are correct. This is just a precaution to ensure that any memory resident processes have correctly read the new timezone value.
I am not sure but I think the set_parms will ask you to reboot anyways (not sure)
