sys0 and sysplanar in aix

www.unixbabuforum.inCould someone give me a brief idea about what is sys0 and sysplanar in aix.
I have used sys0 many times to grep the attributes like realmemory etc. .why do we use it?

www.unixbabuforum.inThe Sysplanar is the main board (Hardware), and sys0 is the AIX kernel device which has many attributes associated with it, you can list them using lsattr -El sys0, and some of them can be changed using chdev command.
